Biography
Beret Flom is an Associate Attorney at Manhattan based Seelig Law Offices, LLC. Beret's practice focuses on Social Security disability claims. She assists clients, who are unable to work, at the administrative level through federal court appeals to obtain disability benefits.
Previously, Beret served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to joining Seelig Law Offices, Beret managed complex disputes for trustees, individuals, and companies involving commercial contracts, and consumer and creditor rights. Her practice involved advising secured and unsecured creditors and strategic investors in chapter 9 and chapter 11 restructurings.
